The primary goal of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Research is to improve the quality and quantity of basic and applied research conducted by faculty members, researchers, and students. Therefore, it has focused on establishing goal-oriented research programs aimed at meeting the needs of society and influencing the mental health policies of the country, conducting pioneering research at the forefront of medical science and technology, and studies contributing to the prevention and treatment of psychological disorders and a reduction in the burden of diseases. Another objective of this office is to facilitate and obtain external research funding by conducting research for industries in line with the policies of the University and third-generation universities.
